Saturation
Saturation is a fundamental property of color that describes its intensity or purity, determining how vivid or muted a color appears. This critical attribute represents the amount of gray in proportion to the hue—fully saturated colors contain no gray and appear vibrant, while desaturated colors contain more gray and appear more muted or pastel.
