By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Snapied if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Snapied Licensing Agreement

By purchasing, downloading and using Snapied templates and services you are being granted a license to use the files for specific uses under certain conditions.

What you can do:

  • You may modify the resources according to your requirements and use them royalty free in any or all of your personal and commercial projects. For example, you may use a design/template for your social media channels or if you will be designing for a client.
  • Snapied will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. You are free to use our resources however you please, without attribution or linking.

What you CANNOT do:

  • You cannot use Snapied products or services for redistribution, reselling, leasing, licensing, or sub-licensing;
  • Use templates for free download on a shared drive, service, software or website for the purpose of exchanging, transferring or distributing files;
  • Use copyrighted fonts in the Custom Fonts option;
  • Use templates or services for spam or mass mailings;
  • Use Templates or services in a way that competes with Snapied's business;
  • Using Templates which may be considered offensive (e.g., related to mental and physical deficits, sexual or implied sexual activity or preferences, crime, physical or mental abuse or ailments);
  • Use Templates or services for pornographic, illegal or immoral purposes;
  • Use Templates for advertisement or promotion of tobacco or alcohol products;
  • Snapied allows collaboration and teamwork within its products and services, but any sharing or distribution of Snapied products or services beyond your immediate team is prohibited without prior written consent from Snapied. This includes but is not limited to inviting or allowing any individual who is not a direct member of your team to use Snapied products or services under your account or license, and any other actions that may compromise the security or integrity of Snapied's products or services. Additionally, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available Snapied products or services to any third-party without the express written consent of Snapied. Please note that failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account or license.

Workspaces Limitations

Creating More Workspaces: Attention! Workspace Service Blocked. Users are generally restricted from creating more than 8 workspaces. However, if you require additional workspaces, you may request consent from Snapied by contacting our support team. Please note that granting additional workspaces will be solely at the discretion of Snapied, based on its assessment of your specific requirements and ensuring misuse is unlikely to occur.

More Than 4 Workspaces: Our 'Unlimited Workspaces' feature is intended for collaboration within immediate team members only. Any violation of this term, including misuse of workspaces or distribution of accounts, may lead to account suspension and removal of members/designs. Our artificial intelligence (AI) system actively monitors accounts for compliance starting from this point.

Invitation Limitations

Inviting More Members: Attention! Invitation Blocked. Users are generally prohibited from inviting more than 20 members. However, if you require inviting additional members, you may request consent from Snapied by contacting our support team. Please note that granting additional member invitations will be solely at the discretion of Snapied, based on its assessment that the misuse is unlikely to happen.

More Than 9 Members in One Workspace: Our 'Unlimited User Invites' feature is intended for collaboration within immediate team members only. Any violation of this term, including misuse of member invitations or distribution of accounts, may lead to account suspension and removal of members/designs. Our AI system actively monitors accounts for compliance starting from this point.

Please note that these limitations are in place to ensure fair and responsible use of Snapied's services. Misuse of the product or distribution of accounts poses a risk to the platform and its users. Snapied reserves the right to enforce these limitations and take appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of our services. For more detailed information regarding our terms of use, including limitations, privacy, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, please refer to the full Snapied Terms of Use document.

Any forbidden use of the Templates shall be considered copyright infringement. You shall be liable for all damages caused by copyright infringement, including any claims made by a third party.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Snapied does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Snapied, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Snapied shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Snapied reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

  • You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
  • The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
  • The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy;
  • The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.

You hereby grant Snapied a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

Cancellations and refund policy

You can cancel your PAID subscription at any time, without any notice period. All recurring payments will be halted and users will still have PAID access up to the expiration date of your last payment.

Do not file a chargeback through your bank separately or without going through us first, as that might incur unnecessary charges.

Termination

You are free to stop using the Snapied editor and its functionalities at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that:

(a) you are using the Services in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users,

or

(b) you do not have a Paid Account and have not accessed our Services for 3 consecutive months.

We will provide you with advance notice via email to resolve the issue that prompted us to contact you. If after such notice you fail to take the steps we ask of you, we will terminate or suspend your access to the Services. Termination of access to the Services would also include all copies of your existing saved visual and/or uploaded assets, and they will no longer function as intended (e.g. Embedded visuals will not load).

We will not provide notice before termination where:

(a) you are in breach of these Terms,

(b) doing so would cause us legal liability or compromise our ability to provide the Services to our other users, or

(c) we are prohibited from doing so by law.

Lifetime deals (LTDs- Snapied.com, Appsumo, Dealify, Dealmirror)

Reselling, redistributing, or any other form of reselling of AppSumo, Snapied.com, Dealmirror.com, Dealify.com deals is a big no-no and a direct violation of our Terms of Use.

If you purchase/finds Snapied's lifetime elsewhere, that is also a direct violation of our Terms of Use.

We'd hate to have to end our relationship (we're not interested in breaking up, we're in for the long-haul), so please read these Terms of Use before using this site.

Changing a user's email address requires us to make changes across multiple systems and applications. We do this for our customers only one-time. We don't allow users changing their email addresses again and again—this is against our policy. If a user does so and their use case is not legit, we will terminate their account.

Our previous experiences show that if someone requests for changing email addresses again and again, they redistribute our codes.

Customers are not allowed to giveaway their coupon code or codes on social media platforms (Ex. any Facebook groups, pages, and personal profile) . They must let us know ahead of time or read our licensing.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Snapied. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • By use of any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.

No use of Snapied's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

Content Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPIED, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ANY OFFICER, DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE, SUBCONTRACTOR, AGENT, SUCCESSOR, OR ASSIGN OF SNAPIED BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, ACT OF GOD, ACCIDENT, DELAY, OR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THE WEBSITE OR WITH ANY DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF SNAPIED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapied and its subsidiaries, affiliates or any related companies, licensors and suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and contractors, from all damages, injuries, liabilities, costs, fees and expenses (including, but not limited to, legal and accounting fees) arising from or in any way related to (i) your use or misuse of the website (including your use or misuse of any third party content); (ii) your breach or other violation of these Terms and Conditions including any representations, warranties and covenants herein; (iii) your violation of the rights of any other person or entity, including, but not limited to claims that any user content infringes or violates any third party intellectual property rights.
