Snapied Inc. ("Snapied," "we," "us," or "our") provides an online graphic design platform that enables users to create and edit visual content. This refund policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and subscription cancellations and is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription Cancellation

While we do not typically offer refunds for subscription payments, you have the right to cancel your Snapied subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your cancellation will be processed immediately
  • You will not be charged for any future billing cycles
  • You will retain access to Snapied's premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period or for any portion of unused subscription time

By canceling your subscription, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any refund for subscription fees already paid.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain limited circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include:

  • Technical issues that severely impacted your ability to use our service
  • Accidental subscription purchases or renewals (if reported within 7 days)
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period

Free Trial Conversions

If you signed up for a free trial that converted to a paid subscription, please note:

  • You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged
  • We send notification emails before trial periods end as a courtesy, but you are still responsible for managing your subscription
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel a free trial before it converts to a paid subscription are generally not eligible for refunds

Payment Processing

Snapied uses secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • We are not responsible for any fees or currency conversion differences that may be applied by your payment provider or financial institution
